The official language is English.
All lectures and presentations will be held in the English language only.
There will be no translation available
Electricity
The electricity supply in Egypt is 220 Volts, 50 Hz.
Most hotels also provide 110 Volts outlets for shavers.
Messages
A message center will be available at the Registration desk of the conference.
Currency banking (rates are subjects to market fluctuations)
Egyptian Pound is the official currency in Egypt.
Foreign currency exchange is available in most of the hotels, banks and currency exchange offices.
Exchange rate of 1 US$ = 5.5 EGP
Exchange rate of 1 € = 7.5 EGP
ATM machines are available all through the city and at the vicinity of the conference hotel
Badges
For organizational and security reasons, badges must be worn at the congress venue.
Access to the different areas will only be granted upon presentation of an adequate badge.
Please note that CME credits are calculated according to barcode printed on the badge and signed in and out at the door of each session.
Housing
All rooms are on Bed & breakfast basis; Lunch & Coffee break are only served upon coupons.

Certification
Individual Credit hours for attending the conference (According to Barcode System). Credit hours for the different sessions will be provided at end of each session, certification with the number of credit hours will depend on getting a proof from attendance analysis of the bar code system. Certificate will be issued ONCE with the actual ratio of scientific attendance.
