Chairpersons and Speaker Lounge
A special room is assigned for chairpersons and speakers.
The red & green colors are specified for chairpersons & speaker’s badges (please show your badge on the entrance to the Chairpersons & Speaker’s lounge)
Climate
The weather in Cairo at the conference time is expected to be sunny with temperature range between 16 – 30C. Light clothes is advisable
Certificates
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be given to all registered participants .
Certificate of attendance will include the full name as indicated on the badge.
Certificate of Accreditation will be ready on Dar Al Fouad website on May 14th
You can print the accreditation certificate from the website using your ID number
Important Notes

1. Wearing the Congress Badge is obligatory all through the day. Attendees will not be allowed to be present in conference premises without their personal badges.
2. Smoking is absolutely forbidden
3. Mobile Phones should be set to silent or turned off inside the halls .
4. Children will not be allowed to enter the conference area

Accreditation System
Individual Credit hours will be issued for attending the conference (According to a Barcode System). Credit hours for the different sessions will be provided at the end of each session, certification with the number of credit hours will depend on getting a proof from attendance analysis of the bar code system. Certificates will be issued ONCE with the actual time of scientific attendance.

Dinner: after end of all sessions

Thursday 23 April 2009:
Morning break served in the early morning
Coffee break: 02.45 – 03.00
Dinner: after end of all sessions

Coffee break & lunch meals will only be served in exchange for coupons collected at registration
